Working Principle
All laboratory analysis equipment work with an vibration motor drive. This drive produces a 3D throwing motion that moves the material to be sieved equally over the whole sieving surface. Multi-layer standard lab analysis test sieve with timer is a new and precision equipment for continuously selecting / sifting / testing the powder. It uses the new type vibrating motor as the source of vibration. It is usually equipped with Φ100mm, Φ200mm,Φ300mm standard sieve.We can also produce the test sieve according to the customer's requirements.
Machine Type
There are usually three types:Ultrasonic test sieve,Test sieve with all copper,Slap sieve shaker
Ultrasonic test sieve is suitable for materials that are difficult to screen and have small meshes.
Test sieve with all copper is suitable for general materials.
Slap sieve shaker is suitable for materials that are easy to block.
